See Ya, 2009! Hello, 2010!
I know you're most likely heading out to a holiday party or possibly a dinner tonight, so I wanted to see if I could show you how to negate some of those extra calories you may be consuming within the next few hours. If you can commit just 30 minutes to one of the following exercises below you could cancel out the calories from about 2 glasses of wine or a small dessert! 30 minute exercises and their caloric burning value: Biking – 300 calories Running at 5.2mph – 337 calories Tai Chi – 150 calories Hitting a punching bag – 225 calories Vigorous weight lifting – 225 calories These calorie readouts are based on a 165 pound person so if you weigh less your caloric burn will be slightly lower and if you weigh more than 165 pounds yours will be higher

Due to this, I spent a bit of my own money to buy a Solio Universal Solar Hybrid Charger .

Layers of Computer Protection is a post from Chris Pirillo Computer security people advocate layers of protection. There is no single software program that gives absolute protection. The Internet criminals and hackers simply respond too quickly, and are too sophisticated to be stopped by any one method.

I got an email question from a reader who’s interested in learning how to use their heart rate as a way to gauge intensity for their interval training versus just the easy “timed” formula I outlined in my previous posts . If you have a heart rate monitor and want to use this method for creating your own intervals, here’s how to do it: First , find your maximum heart rate by using the basic 220 – your age formula
