There have been a few comments lately from people who have stated that all anyone has to do to weigh less is to eat less… I'm a big proponent of simplifying plans as much as possible to meet objectives, but I think the above statement goes a little too far. It’d be like saying that all you have to do to become a great public speaker is to practice more speaking in front of crowds… They both seem like pretty simple things to do in order to accomplish a goal, but unfortunately neither statement addresses the human component of either goal

It’s Not All about Just Eating less…
This step requires you to look at all that you are doing right and treating yourself with the love and respect you deserve for taking on this increasingly hard challenge of losing weight. Really treat yourself (non-food of course) to something you would never otherwise treat yourself to. Weight loss takes a lot of courage and persevering.
